startup-configの削除
「erase startup-config」コマンドで、startup-configを削除します。

VLAN情報（vlan.dat）の削除
「delete flash:vlan.dat」コマンドで、VLANの設定情報を削除します。

ルータの再起動と初期化の確認
ルータを再起動して、初期化されたことを確認しましょう。

おわりに
Ciscoのルータの初期化は、startup-configの削除で行います。スイッチの機能を持っているルータの場合は、VLAN情報の削除も行います。
